Iheancho scores and provides assist in Leicester City's win over Huddersfield Town

- Iheanacho finally opens his account for Leicester City in the Premier League

- The Foxes recorded their third win of the new season against Huddersfield

- James Madison and Jamie Vardy were also on target for the King Power outfit

Nigerian international Kelechi Iheanacho scored his first Premier League goal of the season in Leicester City 3-1 win over Huddersfield.

It was the Terriers who go in front through Mathias Jorgensen in the opening five minutes courtesy of fine assist from Laurent Depoitre.

The Foxes responded in the 19th minute after a swift counter attacking move found the Super Eagles striker who was on hand to score with Jamie Vardy providing the assist to make it 1-1.

In-form England international James Madison continued his good scoring form for Claude Puel's side as he made it 2-1 in the 66th minute.

Jamie Vardy extended Leicester's lead in the 75th after he lashed to a brilliant through ball from Iheanacho before chipping the goalkeeper to make it 3-1.

The win moves Leicester to eight on the log above Arsenal who have the same number of points with a game at hand against Everton at the Emirates.
