A Johannesburg-based woman has paid a heartfelt tribute to her brother who took her through university.
Lisolami Zikode graduated from the University of Johannesburg recently, NAIJ.com learned. She posted a photo of herself and her brother at her graduation on Facebook.
She recalled how her brother became the head of the family after their parents passed away. He also encouraged her to stay in university when she contemplated dropping out.

On top of all that, Lisolami's brother paid her university fees. She capped off her emotional post by saying:
"Thank you for believing in me bhuti. Thank you for holding me down no matter what. I am crying. God knew when he took my parents that I'm left with you — my everything. It's just the beginning; I am about to make you the proudest brother on earth."
