A faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state has declared a political economist, Professor Pat Utomi, winner and candidate for the 2019 governorship election in the state.
Utomi emerged the party's flag-bearer for the gubernatorial election at a parallel governorship primary organised by Chief Cyril Ogodo-led factional state working committee of the party in Asaba.
